I had Convertible install a new furnace and AC when I moved into my hours 14 years ago. Everything went well and the systems works great so they were a natural choice to talk about replacing my water heater with tankless. Chris was great to deal with and explained how the water heater would be installed and helped select the best model for my family. His team went above and beyond to remove the old system and install the new tankless water heater. Happy with the new product and the Convertible for their excellent service!

I had Clera install new windows throughout my house over 10 years ago and they have been great. I recently had a couple of handles break. I reached out and Clera sent me some free of charge as the hardware has a lifetime warranty. They were easy to deal with and the handles shipped right away. When Im ready to replace the final couple of windows Ill be calling them.
