You get what you pay for. The price to do my garage floor was amazing. The only problem is that the owner, Andrew, was a nightmare to deal with. After making a deal to complete 3 separate propeties and receiving a deposit for materials, we were all met with weeks-long delays, excuses, no-shows, etc. Many times he would promise to be at the job and then disappear for days or weeks without a message or call as to what was going on. When he did show up, he'd always have to leave to "go get materials". Who continuously shows up to jobs without materials?Communication was poor the odd time he did return a message. If that wasn't bad enough, the workmanship is average at best. Be prepared for air bubbles, sticky spots, and a mess everywhere. He has no attention to detail as tons of flakes left everywhere in the garage and driveway, sticky stuff on walls and garage doors, and I even had leaves imbedded in the floor.
