In adequate floor installers. The installers installed vinyl flooring on my 2nd floor condo floor. Kitchen to entrance way there is a 3/8 dip -( 1 ft x 2 1/2 ft), in the floor in which the past flooring installation never had, as I had leveled it before installing vinyl. Seems the installers cant figure out how to level the floor to eliminate the new vinyl tile to lay with out deflection when stepped upon. Their wisdom was to just put a transition strip in and not level the dip! Terrible workmanship. I will now have to repair it myself as there was some resistance for the installer to come back and repair AGAIN!! Never again use this company!
