We had an exceptional experience with Window Seal West for our recent windows and doors replacement project at our home. We replaced 16 windows, 2 patio doors and 1 entry door. The house has a new, improved look as a result of the installation. Home improvement projects, especially those with moderate to large budgets, tend to generate some level of anxiety and trepidation. This is quite common mainly because many of us have been burnt in the past by contractors who take on multiple projects beyond their resource capacity and end up over-promising and under-delivering. Once you sign on the dotted line, their attitude changes. Fortunately, that was not our experience in dealing with Vlad of Window Seal West. We requested quotes from 3 different companies. Window Seal West was the quickest to respond and came to our house for the estimate very quickly. Vlad was so knowledgeable and friendly, it was a pretty easy choice to go with them. They worked quickly and were very fast to address some small adjustments we requested. Vlad gave us honest and pragmatic suggestions on available options without compromising on quality, which helped keep overall costs low. Vlad was incredibly responsive at all times, patiently and respectfully answering all our questions and addressing whatever concerns we expressed on the timing of installation etc. What truly stood out was their transparency throughout the process. The windows installation work was flawless, and I was particularly impressed that they managed the removal of the old windows without damaging anything. They take great pride in their workmanship. A great shout-out to Slava (a highly experienced, efficient and meticulous installer ). They left the outside and inside of the house clean and orderly. I cannot recommend them enough five stars plus all the way!
