Our water heater stopped working yesterday. Around 10pm I called the service. The technician showed up at 8am next morning. Everything was fixed in less than half an hour. The technician- Kapil, explained to me what to do if this kind of failure happens again, and offered to maintain the AC and furnace free of charge for one year. Everything works perfectly now, we have hot water again. we are very satisfied with the service offered by Kapil. There was no charge for this service, I just added $10 since it wouldn't accept $0 or "not charged"
