I contacted Chris John to regrout our ensuite bathroom. He promptly returned my call and came to give an estimate within a few days. He completed the job in 2 days. The job was regrouting the tub surround and decking, the separate shower stall and the floor in our 20 year old bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the end result. It definitely looks like a new bathroom! Chris worked diligently and kept the area clean. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him for any grout repair or regrouting work.

I contacted Rockwell Masonry to repair cracks at the corners of the foundation (apparently this is a common problem) and to parge the side closest to the walkway. Steve arrived early on the day that he said he would and completed the job in a very timely manner. He is very pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable about his work. Steve did an excellent job on the corners of our foundation which had been neglected for many years and were really awful to look at. He also had initially quoted on repairing 3 cracks on the side of the foundation as well but repaired all of the cracks and kept to his original quote. We are very pleased with the professional job that was done by Steve and the care that was taken. The foundation corners and the parging look amazing. We would definitely recommend Rockwell Masonry for any brick or concrete work.

We found Krys Construction on Homestars and based on the positive reviews, we contacted Krys for a quote on our basement framing. Within a few days, he came to quote on the project. We liked him immediately. He showed up when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable about his trade. He also gave us good advise about other aspects of our project. We are very happy that we hired Krys Construction. Krys and Karl started the project when he said he would. It took them two days to complete the job. During that time they worked quickly and efficiently and left our basement clean each day. We would highly recommend Krys and we intend to use him for future projects. Since the completion of the basement framing, we have had other trades into quote on other aspects of this project and they have commented on how well the framing was done.
