Our hot water tank suddenly stopped working during the night. It wasn't getting any power and I couldn't figure out the issue. When I came into work the next morning I requested a quote online from three different companies on Home Stars around 8am. Jason responded to me within 15 minutes (the other two didn't even respond) and provided me a window when he could come over and provide a free estimate. Here is what I liked: He was very easy to deal with over text (really great while at work). He was able to come over during a lunch break and was on time. Pointed out the issue right away and the hot water tank was up and running. I would highly recommend dealing with this company and will be telling my friends and co workers.

I called Perfection plumbing after my relief valve on my hot water tank started to leak non stop. Alif was easy to get a hold of after 7pm (when this happened) and was able to stop by my place in an hour and a half. The valve was replaced quickly and Alif walked me through what the issue was and what I should be doing for yearly maintenance. Both him and his assistant were professional and took off their shoes right away when walking inside my house. I would recommend them to friends.

I first contacted Masterpiece asking about getting some laminate floor quotes but after hearing about their vinyl cork product I decided to have a look at the product. Todd was punctual in arriving and listened to all of our questions. The product is really amazing. Its softer to walk on then laminate and looks very close to textured wood. Installation was on time and the floors look great. We went with a lighter flooring for the basement and it really lightened up the space. It looks super modern and we have gotten a ton of compliments. After installation I had a few nit picky things I didn't like and Todd was very quick in coming and fixing these small issues. I would definitely give these guys a shout and make sure to have a look at the vinyl cork product, especially if you are doing a basement. The only downside of going with vinyl cork in the basement is now we are thinking of getting it done upstairs!

I really wish I could give an 11 since the service was so great. Keith was on time, professional, very helpful and thorough. He informed me that my furnace had never been properly cleaned since he could see the factory ties were never cut by the previous service company. As well because of the placement of the furnace close to the wall he cut out the dry wall to be able to take apart the furnace properly. He did this for free and put back the drywall perfectly straight. Additionally he noted some damage to the insulate inside the furnace caused by the previous company and fixed this for free as well. He also had some helpful tips about my high efficiency furnace and which filters to use (not the expensive 3M ones). Have a look on his website blog to read about it. Told me the best thing to use is a 3 pack of filters sold at Canadian Tire for $6. I've had other companies try to sell me fancy filters for outrageous prices. There is a HUGE difference dealing with an owner/operating vs. a company that hires people and Keith illustrates this to a T. Not only that he is very competitively priced. I really cannot say enough about how much Keith impressed me.
