Using a Canadian company (Cambridge-based) initially looked promising. Thereafter, everything pretty well went downhill. It started with installation: the motor was marked as 220 but was actually 110 ... it exploded in the installer's face but fortunately not injured. This sort of mislabelling is totally unacceptable ... and downright dangerous. It continued with numerous service calls due to leaks, not cooling properly and subsequently not heating properly. My very conscientious installer generously offered to replace the unit at no cost to me. The new one is a Mitsubishi and it's "bullet proof." It takes up less room, it's quieter and it uses less energy. No service calls on this one! So much for shopping Canadian!
