Purchased a home with 2 year old Gentek siding. Noticed immediately numerous bubbles and deformities. Installed by highly regarded and qualified installer. Completed the very complicated warranty claim process only to have the sample unceremoniously dropped at our door with a letter buried in the box that simply said "your particular concern is not the result of a manufacturing defect." No contact from the company other than that. No suggestions on what might be the cause. Apparently this is acceptable performance of their product. Wonder if the CEO would accept this on their home?
