Salesman was top notch missed his first appointment but made the 2nd one and offered a $125 discount off to a good start. Product we needed was discussed and one was picked out. A small deposit made. He explained how the whole process would work in regards to notification of how the widow was progressing through the system. We received a email stating the order had been processed and that we would get a 1 month notice on deliver (never happened) then the next stage would be the company would contact us when it got to 2 weeks to come to a mutual installation date again that never happened. A Project mgr was assigned to our case he came took 1 measurement and collected more money basically a useless position should of just sent the salesman who had already taken measurement so this was just a accelerated payment plan. So I hear a knock at the door yesterday and who is it the installation team. So no notice no texts. But apparently the project manager called my house phone got no answer left a message that the installation team would arrive in 45 mins Do not know why they called the house phone as I had indicated I wanted my cell number to be the main contact number. The window and the installers were top notch and were very clean did the install in a very short time cleaned up explained everything to our satisfaction. They left I sent 2 emails to the company complaining about this installation coming with no advance warning so far crickets no replies to date. I have to provide my complete credit card information on a paper and I made enquiries as to what happens to that piece of paper that leaves me open to fraud by anyone getting a hold of this information again crickets no one returned my emails to assure me what was done with that paper. So company appears to be great at selling you a good quality product but after that terrible and I certainly cannot recommend this company and will not use them again for any future window replacements
