During the sale of our house the buyer had a home inspection. A lot of mold was detected in our attic. We were mortified as we had no idea. Our real estate agent contacted Sean and he literally came out right away. He could see how upset we were and assured us all would be ok. He took a look in the attic and invited my husband to do so too so he could explain what needed to be done. He then walked us through the process and encouraged us to get more quotes, which we always do. However this time we did not. We felt so comfortable with Sean we gave him the job right away. knowing how anxious we were and that we were against the clock he came and completed the job within two days. During the process he kept us up to date and sent us before and after pictures, again to help reduce our stress levels. We have used a number of contractors and im am never in impressed with thier clean up as i am very house proud. I would never have know Sean had been in doing work. His clean up was spot on. My husband and i have very high standards and so unfortunately we have been disappointed with work being done in our home on numerous occasions. On this occasion, Sean absolutely met our expectation and went above and beyond. Sean has assured us that he is there for us if need be - who does that these days. Yep, there are still some good guys around. Thank you so much Sean. We are certainly thrilled with your work and for the support. Sean will be on our list and will highly recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work.

We found our sales representative, Peter to be exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful with our purchase and very professional at all times. John our installer was also exceptional, from start to finish. He explained everything is was going to do and how he was going to do it. Him and his partner worked hard through out the day installing our new bay window. Upon completion John made sure that everything was cleaned up and tidy. All I have is praise for Northern Comfort - your product, customer service and workers is exceptional and I would highly recommend Northern comfort to anyone.
