We called Shadow River when our furnace broke and they were quick to diagnose the issue after spending quality time conducting tests on sight. The guys were very polite and explained the issue to us, showing us where the issue had happened. The part was ordered and installed, and the workmanship was clean and obviously these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend this professional and honest team for heating and air conditioning.
