They showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They handled the removal humanely, which was important to me, and made sure to seal off any entry points to stop the raccoons from coming back. They even cleaned up the mess the raccoons left behind, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, knew their stuff, and didnt try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They also gave me some good advice on how to avoid future issues with wildlife. Overall, Im really satisfied with their service and would recommend Max Pest Control to anyone dealing with a similar problem.
