I had high expectations for TickTockTech based on their promises, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I initially chose them because they advertised transparent, competitive pricing and reliable onsite services. However, the final bill presented to me was significantly higher, with no satisfactory explanation provided for the increase. Additionally, the issue I needed fixed was not resolved during the onsite visit. Despite multiple attempts to address these concerns with their customer service, the lack of resolution and accountability left much to be desired. This experience has undermined my trust in TickTockTech, and I cannot recommend their services.
