Zenic & his assistant arrived about 15 mins. early & immediately began the prep work (laying drop sheets on stairs & carpeted floor, encircling the attic access area with plastic sheet etc) for blowing cellulose insulation into the 900 sq.ft. attic of my 17 y/o townhouse. Upper floor was always 10 degrees colder in Winter, hotter in Summer, with exorbitant heating or AC costs. The existing insulation was a scant 4-5 inches, which Zenic topped up to R50 at a reasonable price. They were efficient, meticulous, respectful, & tidied up afterward, including vacuuming the closet floor, hallways, stairs. Clearly takes pride in knowing his job & performing it extremely well. Am looking forward to feeling the difference soon, given impending cold weather. Also good to know that I can contact Zenic for follow-up if there are any problems.

Tried this new company last Spring (using a wagjag coupon) and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The discoloured 'greyish' carpeting in 3 bedrooms and on 11 stairs, was restored to its original off-white colour, especially around the edges and corners. The diligent serviceman worked tirelessly to remove the accumulated dust/dirt (causing the 'greying') that previous companies had simply failed to properly clean. No harsh chemicals were used, just a lot of muscle & determination. The serviceman and this company seem to take pride in doing a good job, which is something else that was lacking with previous companies I had used over the years. The work was very inexpensive ($50) due to the wagjag coupon, but would've been worthwhile at the regular price. I've already booked them for next Spring, and have referred them to 3 friends/neighbours.
