Was referred to DSM and Vito, by my realtor for a home inspection. Vito met me at the location and promptly got to work, top to bottom of the house and explaining everything to me as he went. All the time taking pictures and making suggestions, which he followed up with in a full report sent to me later that day. i have done a few inspections with others and this was by far the best and made me feel comfortable with my decision to buy.
