Imperial is great to work with! The installation work went off with no issues. A year or so after, I had a very small fix after a bad storm and they were there right away. No issues since. 5 years after the new roof, I called to get a copy of the warranty (I misplaced the one they gave me), and a few hours later they emailed it to me. Dont waste your time or money elsewhere.
