Moved into our home just over a year ago and had a sprinkler system. Needed to ensure it was set up correctly and closed and open correctly so I reached out to Done-Right. They sent Craig who is one of the most professional and kindest workers I've had the pleasure to have at my house. He walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly. Will continue to use them going forward for my sprinkler needs.

Moved into a new home and knew my air ducts needed a big clean. I immediately called them as I have used them before. The price was going to be higher cause a larger home which I understood. They came, went over the entire house with me and it took just over 3 hours but the amount that was cleaned out was stunning. I watched the camera and was flabbergasted how much garbage was in the vents. Will be seeing them again in 2-3 years.

Moved into a new home and was looking for a landscaping company who would cut my grass, maintain the beautiful lawn and landscaping and keep my shrubs and trees clean and neat. Shocked how many landscaping companies are not interested in cutting your grass even though they promote it. This company could do everything for me and explained everything to me and were very friendly and professional. I had Connor, Allison & Amanda out for the first visit and they did a great job cleaning up everything and explaining what I need to keep an eye out for. I will be signing on with them for a contract to do all the services for my first spring/summer in 2022 and look forward to seeing the results. The price for the gardeners is on the higher end but the quality and amount of staff they send is worth it. They charge per hour.

We were on a very restricted timeline to get our new house inspected. Though we didn't just want to book any home inspector. Reading reviews on various areas (HomeStars/Google Reviews & other sites), TRU Inspections was always with the highest grade of reviews. When we called to book them, they were polite and professional from the first call and throughout the entire experience. Anton was early for the inspection, used some high quality equipment, explained everything to me and my wife in full detail, took his time, checked areas that we didn't knew we should be checking. He provided a thorough detailed report which blew our mind. While I don't expect to need to do another home inspection for a while, if anyone ever asks me (friend or family), I will tell them TRU Inspections is the only inspector I would trust.

We called a couple of other so called "reputable" waterproofing companies who tried to oversell. Called Aqua Tech and Nico came by and explained everything to me and what we really needed done to fix the problem. A week later, appointment was booked and Terry and his partner arrived and did a fantastic job. Very clean, no mess, very kind and respectful of our property and our neighbors. Price was by far the best but it was the service and workmanship that sold me. Highly recommend them if you have any issues with a leaky basement.

Company was a referred company from Bosch directly to fix an issue with our new fridge, so there was no charge for us. Bill came out within a few hours of our call. He was able to quickly fix the issue and was able to offer some great suggestions on other questions we had. We have requested he come back to complete those suggestions in the near future.

When a company answers your call and is pleasant and not in a rush and responds to all your inquires in a polite and professional manner, it gives you that confidence right away that the workmanship will have the same approach and I was right. Every step was thoroughly explained, Ahmed treated my house like it was his, and that means a lot as you rarely see that nowadays. I hear it a lot but don't see it. Looking forward to calling them in a couple years to do it again.

Wanted to take advantage of the Government rebate so we called a few companies to get quotes (back in April). Brian (Salesman) came by and was extremely knowledgeable and extremely thorough with every single aspect of the project scope (different windows, sizes, pricing, etc.). After going back and forth and deciding on what we wanted, windows were installed in August. Installer came by to re-measure 3 weeks after we confirmed order. He stated due to the size and quantity of windows, job would take closer to 3 days then 2. The only issue I had was there was some mix-up of dates for the install but we worked through them. Windows install went great and they look even better. Pricing compared to others was significantly lower, even my neighbor got quotes for lower end windows and the price was higher.

By far one of the best companies I've had the opportunity to deal with. Rob came to my house within a few hours of my phone call, gave me a quote that was significantly less than the 4 other companies who quoted me, gave me suggestions, even told me to pick a different color than what I was thinking...I went with his decision on the color and me and my wife are very happy how it all turned out. Our door and opener were installed by 2 super professional and nice guys (Anthony & can't remember the other gentleman). They were right on time, funny and showed me how everything worked, cleaned up when they were done. Christine was very nice to me and my wife as I'm sure we drove her crazy with all our questions.
