4 years ago we had water in our basement and Gavin's was called to take care of the job. We thought everything was fine until a few months ago we had another water problem. Another company was called in to handle this claim and what they found was truly shocking. Mould had grown in the walls where Gavin's had neglected to properly remove wet structure. It was so black and advanced the 2x4 studs had to be removed. I now realize we had no idea how little Gavin's knew about restoration work and now feel like our lives were in danger. Please check carefully check the credentials of anyone working in or around your house. Just because they have been around a long time does not mean they know what they are doing. Bill
