I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent shopping experience at Stylo Furniture. After carefully selecting a sofa set, which included a three-seater sofa and a loveseat, I agreed on a price under the strict condition that the items would be delivered on time. The salesperson hastily secured a deposit from me and then the remaining payment the very next day, promising a smooth and timely delivery. However, the reality was far from what was promised. On the day of the delivery, only the three-seater arrived, and it turned out the loveseat wasn't even in stocka fact they intentionally ignored to mention during the purchase. When I tried to resolve the issue, reaching them became a nightmare. My calls went unanswered for days. When someone finally did pick up, instead of offering solutions, they fabricated many different stories to cover up their blatant mismanagement. Worse still, instead of professional courtesy and attempting to solve the problem, the owner resorted to outright insults over the phone. It's shocking and unacceptable to experience such rudeness. They're selling stock they don't even have!!!!!!! I talked to my lawyer who will follow up, because after nearly a month now, I still have not received the missing loveseat and the company continues to avoid my inquiries.
