HORRIBLE - they came 2 hours earlier then expected - so we were not home. they then refused to install the dryer 1st attempt - I called and complained as I paid for delivery and installation - they came back the next day - pretended to install the dryer - refused to plug it in when the hudson bay says that delivery and installation includes a test run by the person installing the dryer. After I plugged it in and ran a cycle to test it the hose came off! Called the company and they told me that the delivery people were not certified to install the dryer!!!! yet sent these guys to do the job! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
