I moved into a new home and within two weeks (of heat wave) the A/C unit died (it was 16 years old so not too surprising). After calling Reliance they had somebody out to look the next day and seeing what needed doing got me a fair quote for a new unit and install. Tim came out to do the installation and did an excellent job. He was friendly and informative as he explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the results are top notch (my house is cool again). Tim provided great service taking the time to explain everything and make sure that I had a solution that would truly work for me and I thank him for that.

I decided to put a natural gas BBQ in my backyard but did not have a gas line to do so. Jeff was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction from quoting to completing the work and doing so at the quoted price. He discussed the project with me looking at the various options to determine where would be the best place for the BBQ, he completed the work and cleaned up such that the work area was cleaner than when he started. He then walked me through what he had done making sure I knew all of the pertinent details and made sure that all of my gas connections were up and running when he turned the gas back on. I would certainly recommend Jeff as I was happy with the service provided, I'm now looking forward to lots of summer BBQ's on a nice gas grill :-)

I moved into a new place and the existing lock was horrible. I bought a new Schlage keypad lock but the install was not going smooth at all. I contacted Bryce and am glad I did. He arranged to come over the next day (holiday Monday no less) and was very informative and professional. The new lock is great thanks to some extra chiseling (no wonder the old builder lock was so poor they short-cutted the install). I highly recommend Bryce for quick and professional service that leads to peace of mind.

John was simply amazing. Some inspectors seem to be in a rush to 'get it done', John was very thorough and methodical. As he went I had questions and he took his time to explain everything to me and then provided an excellent summary report with very clear pictures, diagrams and recommendations. I highly recommend AA Elite Home Inspection and will happily use them again.
