I worked from home the day of the installation so I could handle any issues and questions I might have. Dieter , the installer, was able to come by earlier than expected which was excellent. That gave me just enough time to return the old rental water heater. I made sure that everything around the old water tank was removed and cleaned up some what. Dieter did an excellent job and was very pleasant to talk to. the old black pipe had to be replaced with the newer, larger white PVC tubing. Now I have a new Brad White power vented heater and the water is now hot again in my home. It's been working flawlessly for that last couple of weeks with no issues at all. I had other quotes that were much higher than Convertibles but I can't image any one else doing a better job. Thank you Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and Dieter for the great installation.

I purchased a 6 year old town house in Brampton about 2 yrs ago. During the building inspection it was pointed out to me that the two front bay windows had not been properly sealed. Sure enough, there were gaps between the window frame and the brick work, big enough to see the house wrap from the driveway. I was dreading finding some one to do the caulking. It's a small job and not many professionals are willing to do that, or there's a large minimum charge. The home inspector thought I could probably find some one to do it for 250.00, if I was lucky. I finally decided it needed to be done this year before another snow fall comes and goes. There are only a few caulking specialists listed here and fewer reviews. So I did a Google search and came up with Bluesky's home page. I sent Chris a message through the site and he phoned back in an hour or so. He mentioned that he tries to take on small jobs either at the end of the day or in the morning and that he would go out to my place that evening and check it out. He was very easy to talk to and asked what colour caulking was used just in case he could do it that moment. Sure enough at ten after seven, Chris phones and he's at my place and can do the job right that second. I was in transit at that point and by the time I was home it was all done. The very thing I've been putting off and worrying about was done in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Chris. You are a God send and a really nice guy too. I can't recommend Chris enough.

I had received a quote from a competitor prior to contacting Simply Closets. I chose to contact them because they are listed under the Holmes on Homes supplier directory. Daniel showed up a head of time and phoned before he came over. He inspected the situation and sat down with me and did a quick design using his lap top. I asked him for a copy and he e-mailed it to me that very day. We went back a forth a few times over the design, each time he did the changes quickly and sent me a new estimate. After reading the comments of the disappointed gentlemen in South Riverdale I was skeptical about going a head with them and informed Daniel why and gave him a link to this site. He answered with an explanation that was both honest and non judgmental. So I had my closets done and they look and function beautifully. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Daniel and team.
