The gentlemen at 360 duct were polite and helpful. They located a problem with my air conditioning coil drain on inspection. The water was not draining. They cleaned it out. It is draining nicely now. This issue would have resulted in magnified problems in the future. I am glad that they were here and caught the issue. Thanks fellas!
