We used BP in December for a sink install and were so impressed we decided this would be our go-to plumbing company. This time it was the hot water heater which needed a dip-tube replacement. We phoned the office on Saturday (non-emergency line) and left a message not expecting to hear back until late Monday. A call came in Monday at 7:05am telling us a plumber would be in at 8:00am! That's service! Dan arrived just before 8:00. We were thrilled since he was the same guy who installed our sink just 6 months prior. Dan is professional, courteous and very knowledgable, taking the time to explain the issues and all work done. He speaks very highly of the company which really builds customer confidence! Work was done in approximately 45 min, and we really couldn't have asked for better service. If you're in the Edmonton area looking for plumbing service, look no further!
