I have been reporting numerous calls to Reliance about our Tankless Hot Water Heater. Various Reliance Staff have told me that it was impossible to be having the problems that we were being subjected too. After numerous complaints we just gave up and went on with our life. With a family member with terminal cancers, Reliance was NOT a big priority on our list. Finally it became such a problem with errors and shortages of hot water, l made the time to deal with this once and for all. After all we had been paying for this top of the line water heater. Finally we had a Reliance Employee (Phil Latour) that gave a dam about their Reliance Customer and worked on our Tankless Water Heater for hours, trying to get to the bottom of it. After much frustration and figuring out all the codes that were coming up, he managed to get us a brand new Tankless water heater. Hopefully this takes care of our issues once and for all. Thank you Phil for your committed Customer Service and going that extra mile. As for Reliance, l don't have a lot of good to say about your Customer Service. Thank goodness you have some really good committed employees that give a dam. Because Reliance itself, should be ashamed of how we have been treated since this system was installed.
