Absolutely horrible customer service. - Owner, John, is unreachable after the work has started until payment needs to be collected. - Work is left to his sons who complete to a mediocre standard. - Tools and garbage are left around the property each day. - They do not have the proper equipment and will abuse whatever equipment they find around the property while working. - They broke our wheelbarrow after using it with no air in the tire. - Took ladders off our property without permission to use on another job site. DID NOT return the ladders. We were forced to trespass another property in the area to retrieve our equipment. - Left work gloves and a palette after the job was complete. - Trespassed on our property when we were not home to take their forgotten equipment. - The sand used was NOT polymeric sand and is already in disrepair less than a week after job completion. John is a fast talker and before you know it they will have started the work without a formal agreement. Strongly recommend finding a more reputable and professional company.
