Our roof was leaking due to poor structure when the addition was added by previous owners. We called ultimate edge for an estimate knowing it needed structural work. Rick was prompt and gave a rasonable estimate. They did a great job and even fixed other problems they found while up there (we knew existed). Both my husband and I are handy and know our stuff. They didn't take advantage of us.
