I'm on an acreage and we had the floor drain backup. I called Piper Plumbing. They sent a plumber (Charlie) out and he ran a snake from the clean-out to the septic tank. Charlie arrived on schedule and was polite and courteous. More importantly, I appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness in diagnosing the problem. I will definitely be calling Piper again for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
