This company is very poor on service. I bought my garage door through them a couple of years back and have required use of their services twice. I will spare the details on the first experience but this last experience is appalling. I need a garage panel door replaced. I phoned and provided measurements as they have my contract on file. it's been over a week and I have yet to receive a quote for the job. This is also after several follow ups inquiring on status with none of my calls returned. Two conversations with the girl in service and promises of sending a quote with nothing materializing. I recommend you search for a company that cares more about customer relationship than taking your money. --------- I decided to give this company a second chance because the owner personally responded to my review and requested an opportunity to make my experience right. It's been 5-days two emails to their mailbox and no response. My conclusion: The behaviour of not being accountable to their customers is prevalent from the leadership down.
