We used Northshore Windows to replace single pane window with Milgard Quite Line window. The result is satisfying. Traffic noise was reduced significantly. We are planing change all windows with Milgard Quite Line window.
We hire Ken Moersch to refinish our old oak floor last year. We had somebody done another house before, the qulity wasn't good. So I did lot of research before I hired Ken. He is BBB member. he recommend us a durable material --- Swedish Glitsa, later we learned from other company this material is much expensive than other stain. But Ken's price is pretty reasonable. His craftsmanship is good. We are very happy with the quality. Ken even helped us to fix some scratches when we called him after a year. We strongly recommend Ken for hardwood floor jobs.
