He completed a thorough walk through of the space beforehand and took the time to explain the process that would be undertaken to achieve my desired results. Showed up on time all 3 days, completed the job within the promised timeline, left the space in a tidy state, and the results were exactly as promised (completely flat, with attention to every detail).
