This morning I noticed my cream cheese was not cold when I was eating breakfast. Sure enough, I checked the fridge and it was room temperature. Joe came out to our place despite the fact that it was a far distance (Toronto's East End), and came within a couple hours of my calling him. He fixed the temperature issue as well as fixed a bunch of other issues we had been dealing with for the last year or so (ice had been building up in the freezer, leaking periodically, etc.). He was efficient, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand exactly why he was doing each repair. He explained why it was better to fix the fridge than just buy a new one. He even popped by our neighbour's place and fixed their fridge while he was at it too! I'd recommend Joe anytime :)
