We are planning on having our crawl space encapsulated so we needed to have some asbestos pipe wrap removed. Accu-Star sent out someone to check it out and provide a quote. Then they were patient and waited for me to have other work done before I called them in. They arrived on time, kept the area clean and performed the work in a timely fashion while keeping me informed and up to date on what was happening. Overall is was a painless process.

Living in downtown Toronto near the Garrison Creek (IE sand in the soil), we have had previous termite damage in our 100 year old house. We knew this when we bought and had a $250 termite inspection with another company. When doing some recent renovations, we saw what we thought might be more recent activity. I called Waheed and he arranged to come as soon as possible (within 4 hours) and check out the areas in question. He confirmed there is still no current termite activity, but that there was evidence of recent (not sure how recent) carpenter ant damage. He left the site with NO CHARGE. He later let me know we should consider an updated termite proofing and a spraying for carpenter ants. I did not feel pressure with either recommendation. We decided to have the spray done for the carpenter ants, and we will not hesitate to call Waheed back for a termite proofing when time and finances permit. Waheed was very informative during his visit, very friendly and very professional. I felt like I was getting personal and professional service and will definitely call him back for any other pest issues that arise.

I found G&E landscaping while walking home one day and notice the attention to detail they were taking on the job they were doing. I called them up - got a quote and went ahead with the job. George is a very knowledgeable owner and take the times to explain and describe things and came up with a great plan. The guys were great and too care to make sure they didn't disturb us or the neighbourhood too much. We are so happy with the job and have received nothing but rave reviews from friends. UPDATE - George has come by each year since at the beginning of the year and checked out my walkway to confirm everything looks ok - what service! I've also had them in to do some inside stone work - which is their winter business.
