Update: Jose from RBA came by today to fix a couple of our window screens (our error not theirs). He was nothing short of fantastic! He was super kind and explained the process from start to finish so my husband and I know how to remove and install them ourselves seamlessly going forward. He also noticed our patio door was a bit tight so he fixed it for us as well. He was so lovely, he felt like family. We would highly recommend him and RBA! This is our second purchase with RBA. They previously did our windows last year. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of professional and fantastic. Duane, the salesperson, was honest and kind; Ivan and Nikolay, the installers, were friendly and super helpful and informative, and Tom, our Project Manager, kept us updated and informed the whole way through. We can't say enough good things about RBA and we would recommend them to everyone.
