This company is very inconsistent and unreliable. I am a landlord, with several properties, one company owned. Over the last decade, they have missed several appointments, been more than half a day late for other services, and failed to follow thru with contracted services. They generally do not deal with or respond to legitimate written complaints. Last summer the RAM technician, told me that one of 2 high efficiency furnaces did not need servicing-- BUT, it stop working during the winter, because the ignition sensor was fouled, as were some tubing within the furnace. This same Ram technician had stated that there was very little to service in high efficiency furnaces. Over the years, I have noted that the quality of service provided by Ram, is very inconsistent, both by the office staff and field technicians.
