Button for RO system became rusted 2 years ago and when I pursued replacing it I was told the whole system needed to be replaced. This was baffling so I kept asking, and kept getting the same response. To the extent that I was given the example of another person that had dropped theirs into a sink of water and had spent over $600 to replace. Turned out to be a 30 dollar part to replace. Customer service team is completely uneducated in product, and service department is intentionally out of reach without a service call out fee. Now softener flow meter has failed at 6 years and warranty does not cover past 5. Never again Culligan for me.
