Installation and after sales service review
Their service until installation was spotless. However, after sales service is terrible. Their phone number listed in the website does not work. They're yet to settle the buy back of equipments even though six months have passed. I tried to contact them through the App, failed on that end as well. Chat does not work at all. Now my last resort is to go through legal route. The biggest problem the clients will be facing is that if they can't contact the service provider, what if there is a technical problem, then they're doomed.
