An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I hired Johnson Playfair to remove some existing concrete and replace it with paving stones at the back of my house. My experience with them was amazing! They responded right away, were prompt and professional when we met at my house and they obviously had a thorough understanding of their trade. They provided me with a few options and price points and once we had agreed on a product and price they moved quickly to begin work. Their crew was courteous and considerate to our home and neighbours, they cleaned up everyday, were on schedule, on budget, and did an Incredible job!!
