Scammed by Logan in Toronto

I was also scammed this past weekend by L&G. everything sounded great when i spoke with the guy before hand and very quickly turned into my worst nightmare!! They arrive 5 hours late, we waited around all day while the guy ignored his phone! he only answered if we called from another phone. They did not bring any supplies i was promised, the guys looked at me like i was crazy when i ask him where my picture boxes were. They arrived at 4:00 pm and at 6:30 they tried to make me pay a bill for 7 hours!!! they were putting all of my stuff in storage and the movers didn't have access to the unit. by the time "owner" (crazy guy that sounds like a female) arrived we had waited over an hour and of course he couldn't get in either!! The guy called me every name in the book and told me he was going to throw my stuff at the side of the road if we didn't pay his crazy bill! we eventually argued him down to 5 hours (on a three hour move) and he tried to make us pay on a machine that doesn't show you the amount. Its been 5 days since this ordeal and we still don't have access to any of our stuff or our storage unit sounds like i'm not the only one out there that will tell the same story..these guys need to be stopped!!
