Benny worked on my Condo downtown on extremely tight timelines. I was lucky enough to slot in due to a rescheduled job. Benny stopped by the condo on Monday before Christmas, and by Wednesday had started the job. Benny and Shem even helped me carry down an elevator load of material from the condo out to my car before getting started. The condos ceilings were in terrible shape and the condo walls were full of holes from a recent visit from the electrician and other renovation work. By Friday, when I came back, the condo looked brand new. Benny took the time to cut out the old caulking that ran between the window and the ceiling and plastered a perfectly straight line right up to the window. The details were perfect. Benny then proceeded to clean up the condo and left everything in wonderful shape. On the way out to the truck for the last time, he even vacuumed the service elevator to ensure the building management would be happy. A true professional and does amazing work. If I could give Alan an 11/10, I would. We called Alan in to take a look at our copper drains in an 1960s ranch bungalow that were leaking, and he arrived the same day, protected the floors to the basement, and got to work immediately. Alan is extremely personable and honest, and was able to give us his honest assessment of the situation. He walked us through how it probably occurred and potential fixes, spending time to go through the pros and cons of different options. Once agreed on a way forward, he immediately got to work. He worked diligently and repaired the situation in no time at all. While working on the drains, I asked for his advice on some other plumbing issues we had been having and asked him to reroute some supply lines as well. He walked through how he would fix these issues as well, and also got this work done all in the same day. Alan builds trust with you from the moment he walks in, I have already called him back to help me with a condo renovation and installing a new gas stove on the day before Christmas. He came to my parents house, helped me lift out the old stove and lift the very heavy new stove into place. What’s more, he treats us like family. When he wrapped up the install and packed up his truck, he made sure to stop in and say goodbye and happy holidays to my parents before leaving. I have, and will continue to recommend Alan to all of my family and friends. Simply the best!

After contacting another skylight company, I reached out to Andy. He came over at my earliest convenience and after a quick walk around the house understood the structure of the house. Unlike other contractors who were unsure about working with a structural engineer, Andy was more than happy to work with an engineers drawings and inspectors, often pointing out where existing issues were found in the house and remedying them. He took on a very challenging job and worked long days to ensure that the job was done on time and on budget. Having done renovations myself I was amazed at the quality and attention spent to every aspect of the renovation. His framing was perfectly square within a 60 year old house and his drywalling and mudding left us with a beautiful finish. He also went above code in terms of insulation and did a wonderful job with the shingling and flashing. He was courteous, attentive and patient at all times and not only kept his area clean everyday, he also did a fantastic job tarping the area to prevent dust spreading around the house. If you're in the process of looking for a contractor look no further! Andy is definitely the best contractor that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Alan from Allmax is truly one of the best in the business. Having moved 3 times in the last 4 years we have had several inspections of differing levels of quality. Couldn't be happier with this company. I inquired about the possibility of getting potlights (about 50) on the top and main floor of my house and Mohammad, Hossein, Tony and Arman arrived at my house the same day. They were extremely courteous and professional, and were done all 50 within 5 hours and didn't leave any mess. These guys are great and I wouldn't think twice to get more potlights installed by them.
