We had our basement finished by Chadi and his amazing team. Our basement was completely unfinished, and we asked for a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with access from both the bedroom and the living room, an office, and leave enough space for unfinished storage/furnace room with double doors. Chadi and his team were incredible, they are so hard working, fast working; but meticulous with details. I left most design decisions up to Chadi for the basement bathroom layout and tile, I picked the wall colour and the colour of the vanity, the rest was a result of his skills and his amazing team. His wait list is long but so worth it. His extra touches included: All our pot lights have dimmers, our stairs were hand stained to match, instead of dead space he created built in shelves, he suggested a finished dry pantry space for our deep freezer and bulk Costco items. The little things really add up and we are thrilled with the end result of our basement. We asked them to also come and renovate our outdated Master bathroom. Chadi and his team were amazing, they work so hard and pay extra attention to little details. The tile work is perfect, and the custom glass shower feels like a 5-star hotel. My master bath went from my least favourite room to my absolute favourite room.
