The Gold Star team was put in charge of updating and installing five windows on the downstairs level of our home, and four windows upstairs. One of the windows is a huge, 7' bay window! They came in one week, tore out all the old windows and promptly and accurately replaced them with their own, custom-sized, quality windows. We were impressed with how fast they turned the project around - from the sales team's visit and re-visit to properly and accurately measure the window spacing - to the installation team's rapid turn around. My wife and I were and still are, really pleased with the Gold Star products. Unlike our earlier windows, which were replaced, these actually do not ever feel cold. they keep the heat in and the cold out. The sales team and installation team all did a very good job. plus, Andrew from management came to visit the house after the install to follow up and make sure we were happy. that was a really nice touch!
