Hired Northeast General Contracting to patch a hole in our bathroom ceiling and repaint the bathroom. Mo was great. He called and arranged a time to see the job and provide a quote, then showed up promptly at the agreed upon time, provided a written quote and contract. Once hired he called told me his plan, then completed the work according to the plan. Great quality work, so easy to work with. I will definitely be calling him again.

Replacement of flat roof and decommissioning of an old chimney that was no longer in use. Additional scope included repair of rotten material that was discovered after removal of the roof and insulation upgrade. Previous owners has just stacked layer and layers of roofing on top of each other. The team removed the chimney, the all the old roofing. Took pictures and documented the process. They found rotten material underneath and provided pictures of the damage and discussed changes to the scope of work before proceeding. Work was completed efficiently and the roof performed well in the July 2024 storm that flooded parts of the city.
