Wow what a pleasant experience. My gutter was overflowing on the West side of house and the water was rushing down the side wall. I could only assume I had a problem with blockage somewhere. Called the company and booked an appointment for the next day to clean my gutters. Bryan the owner and Blake arrived exactly on time. They found an old cut shingle from when the roof was redone that was blocking the water from flowing. Upon cleaning they did a flush to make sure the gutter was no longer overflowing. Also corrected another problem for me where the downspout bend was not flush resulting in water overflowing in another area. The price was right too!

I've called Paul a few times in the past for different plumbing issues and plan to continue using Paul in the future. He was highly recommended thru a friend at work and I can clearly see why. He took the time to come in the evening thus allowing us to avoid taking time off from work the next day. Paul continues to impress us with his excellent service and is keen to assist with any advice. He is very patient even when we(mostly my wife:) ask very novice plumbing questions.

If I could, I would give a rating higher than 10. When I pay for a service I expect the work to be done as if the person was working on their own home. Victor exceeded all my expectations from the initial quote, doing the actual work and later follow up. I have been recommending sealing of duct work to all my friends and family after experiencing the difference. My house had a couple of rooms in the winter that were cold(the one above the garage was the worst) and I also had some noisy ducts when the furnace was running. I also notice my airflow upstairs was somewhat weak but never thought anything could be done thinking it was just the design. I am thrilled to report that all three problems have been resolved. In addition, I had to turn down my thermostat as the house was getting too hot when using the same setting prior to the sealing be done. The up stairs temperature was now as warm(sometimes warmer) than the main floor and all rooms are warm. As a homeowner, I have grown tired of paying for services that are not done properly or do not meet my expectations. After meeting Victor and having this service completed and seeing all the benefits my confidence has returned. It is important to hire the right company in the first place in order to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Victor you have a customer for live and I plan to use you for all my home comfort needs in the near future.

I was afraid replacing my roof would be a challenge as my fear of heights meant I had to rely on the honesty of the company as I could not check most of the work myself. My first priority was honesty and as soon as I meant Brian who provided me with the estimate for some reason I just had a good feeling about the company that I did not have with any of the other quotes. I will confirm that they were certainly not the lowest quote, but they were far from the highest. It is important to understand that the better the quality of the products being used, then naturally the higher the quote will be. So always make sure when comparing quotes that you are comparing apples to apples. I felt even more comfortable after meeting the owner Carlo who spent over 2 hours with me trying his best to make sure I made all the right decisions regarding what my roof really needed. Just had my interlocking stones (patio, side walkway, partial driveway and front walkway) done on June 3 and June 4th). We are VERY happy. I am very close to my neighbours and already in just a day my phone has been ringing off the hook asking who is doing/done the work. A special thanks to Georgio for helping us choose the stones(as we had no idea). I'm also doing my large front porch covered with epoxy stones and having new grass/sod placed in my backyard around the new patio. Wife and I are very excited now for this work too!!!!!!
