Hamed and Shahzeb were amazing technicians who installed a heat pump, electric water heater and new smart thermometer. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain their work to me and ensured that I had a clear understanding of how the products all worked. They were patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. They were flexible to my schedule to accommodate for getting the work done in a timely manner without rushing through the job. The customer service technician called to provide updates throughout the process and answered several of my questions as well. The sales representative, Ferdaws, was very receptive. They confirmed the installation appointment, followed up with me through the process and explained as well how everything would work. I highly recommend this team!
