To sum it up - go hire someone else that has good reputation/reviews from word of mouth, homestars or handycanadian. I hired this contractor to do our landscaping when I received one of their flyers distributed in our new neighbourhood. What was supposed to be a 2 week job became over a month and that was because they were switching back and forth between a few different jobs. We had to call them a bunch of times when they will come back to finish off the job. They were also very messy and did not clean up after themselves as they promised. They left so much garbage in front of our house that we had to beg them to clean up. They also damaged my driveway when they delivered materials or dropped off bins to pick up the garbages. They eventually completed the job after a long delay but the quality is questionable. In just a few weeks after completing the job, we started noticing some cracks, lifting and sagging due to poor foundations. We immediately contacted the company to return and fix the issues but we had difficulties in getting them to come back to fulfill their contractual obligations. The entire staff in their headoffice have been trained by their owner to give existing customers the run around when it comes to doing warranty repairs. I would never recommend this company to anyone else. Save yourselves the headaches and go with a well known and reputable landscaping contractor.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake hiring this mama and son company to build my deck. They claim to have the expertise in building homes from ground up, renovations, landscaping, etc. but to my dismay, they cannot even build a simple deck properly. Things looked fine in the beginning but upon doing closer inspection, the quality of work is terrible. For example, floor boards are popping up, the railings are not secured properly. I have tried calling them many times to come back to fix the issues. They came back once, did a quick patch up job and ran away. I tried calling them back to redo their patch up job and they no longer return my calls. If you happen to come across this company, do yourself a favor, run away just like what they do best and go with another reputable contractor. Don't fall for the owner's sales pitch that she used to be an architect because it's definitely not reflected in their quality of work and customer service.
