The installation hasnt even begun and Im already dreading the work that is to come, if it does. The windows should have been installed last summer, however the sales guy, and installer measured the windows incorrectly. The incompetence, disrespect, and general lack of concern from everyone at this company is appalling. Fast forward to November 2023. Im told to pay an additional 11000 above the initial deposit or I would forfeit the installation and of course my windows. Believe me, if I had the money to throw away, I would gladly walk away from this company. So now they hold 17500 of my money, no installation date has been established and I fear that the whole thing will continue to go downhill. Stay clear of their slick, hard selling salesman, in particular Peter. He, nor the company care about you, the industry, or doing a good job. Highly unethical and a sham. Its just too bad that the Better Business Bureau doesnt do a better job of protecting consumers.
