I have 2 estimates for my 2 bathroom renovation. Yi provided a detail of job process, using Schluter Kerdi for shower and Schluter Ditra for floor and providing written warranty. Yi and his crew are so professional. They cleaned up the floor, ensure no garbage left behind. He also provide suggestion, for an example, I never thought of Freestanding bathtub. Due to my previous installer, i am searching a reliable contractor (THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT). Convertible gave me a comfortable detail explanation and the unit price is reasonable. Very helpful, schedule to install within 2 days with my house temperate 30C. 2 serviceman replaced the AC approx 1.5 hour. Very nice guy and explained what they've been done. Definitely, I will recommend Convertible for any HVAC relate problem.
