All waterproofing companies recommended an external dig down the weeping tile with delta+rubber coating. Although extremely professional in approach and timely in execution, it was by no means a "cheap" endeavor. Although, they do give a life-time warranty, getting them back to backfill "sunken soil" has been difficult.
